I guess you can say we fell off the wagon. This is hard we are trying.  I don't know how to motivate myself anymore. I had a plan and a goal and then BOOM I fell off my rotuine and I seem not to be getting back on. I've been feeling so tried and weak. I'm making a doctors appointment maybe theres more to the laziness tham I want to admitt. We'll see how it goes.
